We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an eligible makeup item, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of the shipment date.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or broken.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Waist Trainers, Shapewear & Undergarments
Due to health and hygiene regulations, all waist trainers, shapewear, undergarments, and intimate apparel are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders are typically processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, once an order has been submitted, it may not be modified or canceled.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement.
