Please measure your waistline the area above the naval without holding your stomach and below your ribcage to determine the size you should order. Corset are sized by inches. So the waist measurement is the most important thing when sizing for a corset. Boned corsets are designed to be ordered at least 3 inches up to 6" under your natural waist measurement.
For example, if the measurement around the narrowest part of your relaxed waist is 32" you would typically order your corset in size 28" with semi lacing back open.
If any further questions send an email.
*try to wear for at least 8 hrs a day
*do not workout in the corset*

Corsets will make you appear thinner, instantly. It's true. Authentic corsets are designed to reduce your waistline, and flatten your stomach just by putting the corset on. The structure of a corset will put pressure on your waist which will push the skin and flesh up (and down) and away from the waist making you lose inches in a matter of minutes. You can even train your waist to be even smaller by wearing a corset on a regular basis (called waist training or tight-lacing). Your internal organs may shift a bit while adjusting to the pressure placed on your waistline, but this is not harmful (as was previously thought by physicians of earlier times). Women, especially, are anatomically designed to allow their internal organs to shift safely. Our bodies do this naturally when we are pregnant. This does not mean you should wear a corset that is causing pain or serious discomfort, because if it does not fit well it can cause harm. A well fitted, properly adjusted corset will not cause pain, discomfort or shortness of breath.

When you first began waist training the Steel Boned Corset should not close all the way, as you continue to train, your waistline will began to vanish and the corset will be less of a struggle. The gap in the back will eventually close completely; at this point you should order a smaller size so that your waistline can continue to vanish. Once you have achieved your desired waistline you can wear your Steel Boned Corset for waist maintenance only.
